It is said in Kurmapuran that โThe anyone who performs Shraddh with full concentration in any manner, becomes free from all sins and does not enter the cycle of life and death again.โ

According to this Puran, โAfter being satisfied with the worship of the ancestors (Shraddh Karma), the ancestors give long life, sons, fame, heaven, repute, prosperity, strength, glory, happiness, wealth, and grains to their descendants.
๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป:
According to this Puran, โAfter being satisfied with the Shraddh, the ancestors grant longevity, progeny, wealth, knowledge, happiness, kingdom, heaven, and salvation to the Shraddh performer.

This Puran states, โThe person who performs Shraddh with devotion, no one in his family remains sad.โ It also describes in Brahmapuran that โIn the Shraddh performed with devotion and faith, the ancestors lying as the species of animals and birds are nourished by the tiny drops of water falling on the lumps. In a family, those who died in childhood are satisfied with the purification of water.
