Be a Champion, Build Tomorrow
It happens to everyone else and it happened to me because I am also a human. The fact that I am more inclined towards spirituality helped me a lot but it didn’t diminish the fact that I also come face to face with hurdles in life. I also stop dead in tracks. I know that the hurdles are unstoppable and unavoidable but they put a full stop to your growth only when you allow them to do so.
From my personal experience, I tell you that problems never stop us; they are the guidelines for a bright future. They become big only if they are allowed to influence our ability to solve them, only if we become de-motivated.
This is not an article but it is my experience and today I am sharing it with you all. To begin with, I ask you all to believe that every action and every activity is surrounded by defects as every fire is surrounded with smoke but we can never abandon our duties because of its defects. We have to be the change we wish to see.
“Arise, Awake and do not stop until the goal is reached”. Swami Vivekanand.
Books are Always your Best Friend
When I face challenges then my inspiration is Shree Dongrey Ji Maharaj’s Bhagwat. This is not just a book but it’s my wake up call. It inspires me to do wise work for the welfare of people. I have read the book countless times, yet it never fails to inspire me. It’s not that I am inspired only by this particular book. If I fail to pay homage to Bhagwat Geeta, Ram Charitra Manas or Manu Smriti then it would be disrespect to my earned values. The essence of my spiritual values is inspired by good reads and years and years of meditation.
The Attitude that Matters
The reality of my motivation is the inspiration to become a problem solver and this I achieved with a positive attitude.
Always remember that ‘Running away is never a solution, it will only lengthen the gap from solution’. I suggest to everyone that a positive mindset gives you the necessary spirit to fight an unwanted situation. But it is easier said than done. To become positive, you have to direct your brain to see the improvements in your life. This training of the brain can be achieved with rigorous and continuous practice, Meditation is one of them.
Reduce Your Stress
Like I mentioned before, that when I face problems I head towards them strongly and positively. This attitude is because of my habit of daily meditation and yoga. This practice helps me to develop a positive outlook and self-discipline. The benefits of Yoga and meditation are no longer hidden from us and I am suggesting them to you from my experience. It helps you to control your anxiety, enhance self-awareness, opens your spiritual awareness and most important, directs you to the path of self-confidence and self-loving.
‘You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no teacher but your own soul’ Swami Vivekanand.
Incredible Benefits through Sun
I tell you another secret of mine – I daily offer water to Sun. This practice boosts energy, increases confidence, as well as helps to get rid of troubles. It also showers prosperity and blesses health and wealth. It also helps me to develop a new perspective to solve problems. Try it, it helps me, and it will help you too.
My Philosophy of life
I believe in the preaching of Bhagwat Geeta. Shri Krishna said, ‘Whatever happened, happened for good. Whatever is happening is happening for good and, whatever will happen, will also happen for good’. I think that knowledge and action are the same. The truth is, our intention signals the mind to act. I act positively because I have been taught to convert problems into challenges and then convert them into opportunities. I suggest that instead of being a lost document why can’t we be the writer who re-writes the story of the problem.
Bhagwat Geeta says, ‘God dwells in our hearts.’ Our Upanishads mentions, ‘The one God is hidden in all living beings.’ If this is true, then why we trouble ourselves with problems, why can’t we develop a positive approach, why can’t we go deeper and deeper in our thoughts and try to fight problems with a strong head and positive approach?
I am a firm believer of ‘A warm heart, a clear brain and a little thick skin will put you in your life through happy moments.’
Life is an exam and we all have to appear in it, passing or failing in it depends upon our attitude and approach. Be positive! Have a clear conscience! Think before you speak and act and say to yourself that you will solve all the hurdles in life.
Have faith in yourself and your deity. – Pt. Gajanan Krishna Maharaj
