Krishna Janmashtami will be celebrated on Wednesday, 12th August , 2020. It is one of the biggest Hindu festival celebrated in India. It marks the birth anniversary of Shri Krishna. Shree Krishna is the 9th incarnation (Avataar)of Shree Hari Vishnu. He belongs to Chandra-vanshi lineage and therefore his whole personality is also surrounded by moon related qualities. Shree Krishna had sweet voice and charming personality. Shree Krishna is Ananda i.e. extreme happiness and bliss. The festival of Janmashtami is actually the celebration of birth of extreme happiness on earth. Anyone who chants the name of Krishna in 21st century is actually filled with never ending supply of Ananda. Internal bliss and happiness is the goal of every person who is in search of liberation. Shree Krishna was born in the month of Bhadrapad on Ashtami Tithi when moon was transiting towards the Rohininakshatra. The nakshatra of Rohini is the most fertile nakshatra in the cosmos. It blesses you with never -ending prosperity and abundance. On this day, moon will be transiting the sign of Taurus. Venus will be forming conjunction with Rahu in the sign of Gemini. Venus and Rahu conjunction is Dhan-Lakshmi yoga, a combination which will instill great wealth and fortune to you. Additionally, both Jupiter and Saturn are transiting through their own sign i.e. Sagittarius and Capricorn.
