Know Shiva, Know Peace- No Shiva, No Peace.
The only thing that Shiva wants from you is your trust, as trust is the fundamental block of every relationship. You don’t need to go to any temple and shrines to worship him. A simplistic chanting of Om Namah Shivaya is enough if done with a pure heart. Trust me, Lord Shiva is limitless, and by keeping the faith in Shiva, he can also make you extensive. The term extensive denotes Siddhi here. Siddhi is a state of fulfillment in which a devotee becomes self-sufficient and attains the controls on five primary elements (Fire, Air, Water, Land, and Sky.) It takes years of Sadhana (penance) to achieve the highest state of devotion.
Om Namah Shivaya chant in meditation is one most excellent tool to reach that state of Siddhi in a little time. In the medical term, that divine state is called neuroplasticity. It is the state where you become self-sufficient to heal your inner and outer miseries. It is the majestic state which helps you to get connected with Lord Shiva. Most of the yogis achieve it at the highest level of Chakra activation during Kundalini awakening.
The most impressive thing about Lord Shiva is, there are no hardcore special rules to worship him. Lord Shiva is simply superb in all aspects; you don’t even need to know any further rituals, Mantra, and patterns. A simple chant of Om Namah Shiva in the meditation is enough to experience that blissfulness in life. Lord Shiva is the purest state of consciousness, yet he is so simple. Therefore, Bholenath is the name that helps devotees to get connected with the primordial form of Lord Shiva. But, it is unfortunate that lots of people who are not well aware of Lord Shiva’s greatness, they misinterpret the name Bholenath with Shiva’s vulnerability.
On the other side, Lord Shiva himself never opposed anyone who tried to misrepresent him. Shiva doesn’t have to do anything with superiority and inferiority. Shiva devotees also have the same constructive mindset. I suggest all that by taking the experience of that divine consciousness is the best way to know about him. There is no one like Lord Shiva, who is too kind and too simple to understand. Devotees praise Shiva as their beloved Lord, who has the innocence of the kid. Therefore, Lord Shiva is sometimes supposed to be like a kid. Think for a moment; a kid is never judgmental in his daily life. He never tries to compare things with each other; that is what makes their heart pure.
