Lockdown is the Time to Spend with Your True Self. Slow down the pace of time, Spend some time with yourself, Find some creativity in aloofness, Save the yard- If there is no yard how the flowers will blossom.

These thoughts are of those who are spending some quality me-time with themselves. A few weeks back the common accuse was lack of time, now when time is abundant one should enjoy the stillness and use it to the weave positivity. Our mind is enriched with positive energy which can be multiplied with meditation.

Lockdown is the time where people have the opportunity to work from the comfort of their homes. The time where you become your boss, you set your working hours, though there is a lot of free-flowing time, a certain part of it keeps us occupied in our work.

The period is when days are quiet and nights are silent, the silence that uncovers the long-settled layers of dust covering our thoughts with lungs filled with oxygen through a breathing exercise and Pranayam. This calmness opens the understanding of aspect which we previously didn’t have the time to think due to busy schedule.

There is nothing wrong with this stillness; happiness can be found inside us if we don’t restrict it to materialistic things. This journey of understanding ourselves is beautiful and magnificent; we in the midst of work can do what we never did before. We can relax, be creative and work with an open mind and stress-free body, it can give us the satisfaction that we never had before.

Meditation and relaxation exercises will add weight to your patience, decisions will become well-thought-of and you will inculcate flexibility in thoughts, which are the most important things in life. Stillness gives the pain of being alone but it also helps to understand what life is. Remember if you are positive then it will attach happiness to your surroundings along with near and dear ones.
